Classes in Astral Tale are character jobs with unique abilities. Classes are not gender-locked and can be switched at any time outside of combat.

Class levels are separate from character levels, and each class has its own class level. Thus, players must level up each class in order to access other class skills. One's class level cannot exceed the character level.
